model YPP-8000-10H, it has two 5-head chip pick-placing units with
four worktables are applied to work with the sheet of 5*5 layouts.
As for the model YPP-8000-16H, it has two 8-head chip pick-placing
units with four worktables are applied to work with the sheet of
3*8, 4*8 or 6*8 layout.
The chip module pick and place machine use to Auto placing the chip
modules, only need one operator. The machinery automation
technologies instead of the traditional manual way to embedding the
chip, which save the labor and reduce costs, at the same time,
