• Special servo motor stepping system is applied to convey and punch IC chip tapes, which can ensure precise and stable performance. The parameters are adjustable in an easy way.

• IC Module stepping is automatically monitored and controlled by the sensor system, and the bad chips can be automatically removed before embedding.
