Control 2FF Mini SIM Card Packing Machine YUP-MC-8000
The machine is designed for packaging 2FF mini SIM Cards. It can
also pack other mini SIM cards including the punched 2-chip card,
4-chip card, 6-chip card and 9-chip card.
Automated card packaging machine is designed with ultrasonic
sealing which can offer increased seal strength and improved
aesthetics. It is suitable for packaging various standard cards,
such as prepaid cards, game cards, IC cards, SIM cards.

- It integrates the functions of film delivery, card delivery, card
tearing, and card collection.
- The packaging film is conveyed by a special rubber wheel and a film
suction belt, which is stable and smooth.
- It uses automatic detection of repeated card, no card or no film,
and it will automatic shutdown when any error occurs.
- It is suitable for various packaging films with the thickness more
than 0.025mm .
- It uses continuous ultrasonic welding process, and the welded
pattern is clear and beautiful.
- It has the chained card packaging function and can set the number
of each chained card section.
- The edge of the packaging bag uses a personalized design structure.
- It has professional card collection structure, which can
automatically fold the packaged small cards and store them in a
single block collection belt.
- The CCD visual inspection system is optional which can detect the
serial number or bar-code of the SIM mini cards.
